‘Work Efficiently’ Event
The female students of the Physiotherapy Department at the College of Applied Medical Sciences participated in the "Modern Fitness Club" with an event entitled "How to Stay Fit." This topic was chosen because of its importance to Saudi society and the club was selected to hold the event because it welcomes people of different ages, and holding the event there will help raise awareness of different segments of the community. The event aimed to educate the employees and patrons of the club about lower back pain, the causes and symptoms that may accompany pain, related health tips, and exercises.
