The University Press was established in 1402 A.H. It comprises a number of subdivisions, which provide premium services to all beneficiaries relying on the latest available printing technologies. The University Press also prides itself on its highly qualified workers, who have a wealth of experience in modern printing.
UQU is known to strive for excellence in all fields of science, research and community service. Printed material is a medium of expression and considered a mirror of such excellence.
The University Press is very keen to produce high quality printed materials to be appreciated by all those who attend and interact with the university activities. For those who do not attend the university activities, such distinguished events will only be transmitted to them through the publications, which are consequently one of the fundamental means to express these outstanding accomplishments. Such excellent accomplishments are an integral part of the overall excellence of the university as the publications are the interface for this excellence.
The University Press seeks, through its services, to develop the way work is executed, taking cost into consideration; so superior quality, standards, and specifications should be all cost-effective.
In this respect, the University Press is concerned with serving all academic and administrative departments of the university, chiefly contributing to public occasions, student activities, annual events, conferences, and workshops held at UQU.
