Vice Deanship- Females Section

Responsibilities:

  • Apply the systems and bylaws of the university and the Ministry of Education in the female section.
  • Design, implement and follow-up on the strategic plan at the Deanship in the female section.
  • Implement the decrees of the University Council with respect to the Deanship in the female section.
  • Supervise on the management of the academic, administrative and financial affairs of the Deanship in the female section.
  • Develop the Deanship managerially and academically in the female section.
  • Coordinate and develop the relations of the Deanship inside and outside the UQU in the female section.
  • Follow-up on offering all financial and administrative needs of the Deanship in the female section.
  • Develop and reinforce the financial resources of the Deanship in the female section.
  • Supervise the planning and preparation of the Deanship’s budget in the female section.
  • Prepare comprehensive regular report on the work progress and the academic and administrative performance of the Deanship.
  • Carryout the missions commissioned by the Deanship’s Council in the female section.
  • Represent the Deanship inside and outside the university in the female section.
  • Ensure the implementation of quality standards and academic accreditation in the female section.
  • Work on establishing strategic partnerships with educational institutions inside and outside the KSA in the female section.
  • Supervise attracting new faculty members and experts in the field of quality and accreditation at the Deanship in the female section.
  • Imbed the concept of quality and promote it at the university level in the female section.
  • Follow-up on the implementation of the quality program and the national and international academic accreditation of the university in the female section.
  • Study the challenges and problems encountered by the quality and development programs at the university, and propose proper solutions to them in the female section.
  • Supervise the training activities of the Deanship in the female section.
  • Supervise the preparation of development plan for the faculty members and employees in the female section.
  • Supervise and follow-up on the development and renewal of the infrastructure and facilities of the Deanship in the female section.
  • Supervise the designing of the organizational chart that achieves the responsibilities and objectives of the Deanship in the female section.
