The study aimed to identify the level of organizational justice across its four dimensions and examine its relationship with job satisfaction among employees of Roya Medical Establishment at its branches in Riyadh, Jeddah, and Al Khobar. The study used a descriptive design and a comprehensive social survey within the organization. The questionnaire was administered to all eligible employees (n = 71). The instrument included a four-dimensional organizational justice scale procedural, distributive, interpersonal, and informational justice—and a developed job satisfaction scale. Frequencies, percentages, means, standard deviations, the Shapiro–Wilk test, and Spearman’s rank correlation coefficient for the composite scores were used. Because the normality test indicated statistically significant departures from normality, Spearman’s coefficient was adopted as the primary association measure. The findings showed high levels of organizational justice and job satisfaction and a very strong, positive, statistically significant relationship between them (r_s = .907, p < .001). Informational justice had the strongest correlation with job satisfaction (r_s = .859), followed by procedural justice (r_s = .834), distributive justice (r_s = .708), and interpersonal justice (r_s = .545). The findings indicate that clear information and explanations, together with consistent procedures, are strongly associated with employee satisfaction in the organization studied. The study recommended improving transparency in organizational communication, periodically reviewing administrative procedures, clarifying criteria for pay and promotion, and strengthening channels for participation and appeal. Generalization should be limited to the organization under study.
