This study came to reveal one of the objections raised against analogical reasoning (qiyas), its impact on the use of such reasoning, and the extent to which branches are related to their roots by applying this principle to the branches through the book "Al-Ta'liqah Al-Kabirah" by Abu Ya'la. It was titled "The Objection of Non-Influence and Its Impact on the Use of Analogical Reasoning in the Book of Al-Ta'liqah Al-Kabirah by Abu Ya'la: An Applied Study in the Chapters of Worship and Transactions." The study followed the analogies mentioned in the book that Abu Ya'la objected to on the basis of non-influence, studying them in terms of explaining the analogy used by the opponent, Abu Ya'la's objection to it, its type, and concluded that the objection of non-influence is the claimant's assertion that the description is not appropriate. This objection is considered one of the correct objections raised against the use of analogical rea-soning, and that it is not an independent objection; rather, it is classified according to its type as either opposition or prevention. This study demonstrated Abu Ya'la's care for this objection due to its importance in indicating the strength or weakness of the argumenta-tion.
