Abstract
Objectives: This research aims to delineate the legal ruling on an issue that is still under medical experiments namely the production of sperm from the bone marrow of females, and the production of sperm from the skin of men. Methods: The research followed the descriptive and analytical approach by describing the issue based on the opinion of specialists, then the jurisprudential study of the subject. Results: the research concluded that the production of sperm from the female bone marrow is prohibited for a number of reasons that were further explained in the research. As for the production of sperm from the male skin, the research con-cluded its permissibility, however it is limited by a number of controls and restrictions such as provided it is governed by strict constraints: ensuring lineage integrity via state-supervised safeguards, maintaining a valid legal marriage, and limiting the procedure to cases of absolute medical necessity certified by expert committees. Furthermore, genetic ma-nipulation is prohibited, and specialists must guarantee the fetus’s safety and long-term health, ensuring the child is born free of any congenital anomalies. Conclusions: production of sperm from the female bone marrow is prohibited, but production of sperm from the male skin is permissibility but it is restricted by a number of controls.
