Abstract
Dealing with the science of jurisprudence in a practical way and transforming theoretical knowledge into practical and skillful is considered a development in the use of the foundations of jurisprudence as a machine science and considering it a reason for acquiring ijtihad skills in understanding legal texts and knowing how to derive rulings from them using the rules of understanding and methods of semantics of words to arrive at the correct legal rulings. Then download new calamities based on that correct scientific foundation, in correct legal language, and then benefit from them and use them in legislating laws as well and enacting modern technologies in civil countries. It is formulated in a clear legal form, which leads to the mixing of knowledge with action and action with the legal and legal text in a way that is compatible with modern legislation and regulates understanding. This is what Islamic law urges, for God distributes with authority what He does not remove with the Qur’an. God Almighty said: (And say, “Work; and God will see your work, and His Messenger and the believers.”).
