Abstract
Research into the purposes of Sharia is of great importance and seriousness; therefore, it is a must to take advantage of it's fruits, and its clarity. Using tools to help preserve it, with full qualification that adjust one's attention, and gaze upon the purpose of Sharia with dedication;therefore, no mistakes will be made. From the sciences of language, jurisprudence, interpretation and modern knowledge. As the researcher must qualify and be of great knowledge in the science of the origins of jurisprudence, the most recent semantics, the paths of ills, their types, their ranks and their opposites; If he mastered it, the researcher is asked to qualify with the science of interests and purposes, by reading the most prominent books of the applicants, the late and the contemporary. In accordance with the hierarchy and order of the method; the texts, faculties and parts of the Sharia, to evaluate the purposes derived according to their levels. Investigating in each destination the specifics of six: descriptive, appearance, proof, discipline, cruisers, and the occasion. As it has in the same placement, to establish the purpose, according to four primary points: communication, individuality, and construction. The researcher recommends exercising deliberation and avoiding haste in identifying Maqāṣid and deriving rulings based upon them, due to their profound impact on the Sharīʿah—especially with regard to inferred, non-explicit Maqāṣid, which require careful regulation through regarded methodologies for determining valid Maqāṣid.
