Abstract

Al-Hafiz Ibn Rajab - May Allah have mercy on him - wrote footnotes to the book: “Al-Qira'atu khalfal Imam”. Authored by Abu Abdullah Al-Bukhari, footnotes is one of the methods of authorship among the imams, and this research comes to revive those footnotes by collecting, singling out and studying them, and explaining what these footnotes are, and the research concluded that these footnotes of Al-Hafiz Ibn Rajab on Imam Al-Bukhari, in which Ibn Rajab saw that Imam Al-Bukhari was wrong on several issues, and it was found through the study that the most of the issues criticized by Al-Hafiz Ibnu Rajab was wrong in dealing with them And the truth in dealing with them is with Imam Al-Bukhari, or that the issue is probable, and the confirmation is difficult in them.
