Abstract
The research aims to: Rooting the investment of figurative means in making legal science closer, and highlighting the role of one of the modern means (technical illustrations) in adducting the principles of Islamic jurisprudence, and the research problem is represented in the need of learners in the present era to bring the principles of jurisprudence closer by using figurative means. The answer to the research problem was based on: induction, analysis and deduction, each of them was applied to the research requirements and topics. The research also included the definition of illustrations, why it is considered of the modern technology means, its importance, and the main difficulties facing those who wanted to make the principles of jurisprudence closer by using technical drawings. The research also dealt with rooting the investment of figurative means in legal science, and mentioned models of illustrations in the principles of jurisprudence as for contemporary scholars. The researcher also proposed another set of illustrations, with reference to the role of modern scholars in preparing to use this means. The research has outcome with a set of contributions and results, most notably: Mentioning examples of illustrations bringing closer some issues of the principles of jurisprudence.
