Abstract
The rules of sciences have a great position in controlling their reasoning and issues, and solving their subtleties and problems, Among the most special of these issues are those related to the rules of distinguishing between opposites in creed, the problem of this research was determined in the induction and deduction of the rules that explain the realization of contradiction or its negation between the legal facts in the issues of the science of creed from the words of the predecessors, aiming to liberate its detailed rules and applications. The research followed the inductive approach in what the predecessors stated of the rules and the analytical and deductive approach in what they applied in their report. The research concluded with 15 rules of contradiction, which are united by one principle, which is the proof of contradiction absolutely, or from one aspect between every two truths, it is impossible to establish one instead of the other. The research concluded with the recommendation to pay great attention to the original and foundational aspects of creedal research, based on the reports of the predecessors, with the benefit of what was correct in the reports of those who came after them, as well as the people of language and principles. The research also suggested that some of the rules mentioned in the research be singled out for a detailed study.
