Abstract
The research Transformational Prophetic Leadership - An Applied Study in the Light of the Prophet's Sunnah) deals with the rooting of transformational leadership through the biography of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, to contribute to strengthening the Islamic identity of modern administrative sciences, and linking young people to the person of the Prophet Muhammad, may God bless him and grant him peace, and the researcher has used the content analy-sis method, as one of the techniques of the applied method, by standing on the hadiths of the Prophet's Sunnah and extract-ing the contents of the subject of transformational leadership. The results of the research found that the Sunnah of the Prophet is a rich source for the rooting of modern administrative sciences, the transformation that affected all aspects of life in the era of the Prophet was a radical religious, moral, societal and scientific transformation, and the leadership of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, had a great impact on this transformation. Their minds and provoking their thinking for creativity and excellence. The research concluded with recommendations, the most important of which are: enriching the Islamic library with research rooted in the transformational leadership style and its elements, directing Sharia researchers and graduate students to adopt partial topics in leadership, conducting applied research on them, and directing educational and training institutions to adopt the science of leadership with a legitimate view as a guide to acquire their skills from the supreme role model of Muslims Muhammad, may God bless him and grant him peace, and to educate young people on them.
