Abstract
This research includes an induction of the three readings that complement the tenth; that are the recitation of Abu Jaafar al-Madani, the recitation of Ya’qub al-Hadrami, and the recitation of Khalaf al-Bazzar, which is included in the interpretation of “At-Tahseel li Fawa’id Kitab al-Tasheel al-Jami’ l’Ulum al-Tanzil” by the scholar Abu al-Abbas al-Mahdawi (d. 440 AH). This research aims to try to bring together what was dispersed from the three readings of “At Tahseel” and to distinguish what is included in this interpretation of the three readings into what is consistent with the recurrence ones taken from the methods of “Al-Nashr” and "Al-Taybah", and what is outside of that. The researcher followed the inductive approach, by extrapolating the interpretation of “Al-Tahseel”; All the way to counting all the places in which the three readings that complement the ten are mentioned in this book. And the descriptive approach, by mentioning the agreement with what the Mahdawi mentioned from the three recitations that were recurrence, taken from the path of of “Al-Nashr” and "Al-Taybah", or his departure from that. One of the most prominent results reached by the researcher is that Al-Mahdawi’s interpretation of “At-Tahseel” included mentioning the recitation of Abu Jaafar Al-Madani and the recitation of Ya’qub Al-Hadrami, but did not mention the recitation of Khalaf Al-Bazzar any-where in his book.
