Abstract

This research is an important rule, which is the rule (what is forbidden if it is permissible and necessary), and it is a rule that has a presence in the jurists' inferences and their explanations. This article came after the ban. And to clarify the jurisprudential branches whose rulings the jurists have stipulated to this rule and to reveal the reason for the occurrence of these exceptions.
