Afterward, the candidate begins the diploma, to learn and work at the same time; they learn the theoretical subjects at the university and the practical ones during work.
1- Applicants must have Saudi nationality. 2- Applicants must hold a high school diploma. 3- Applicants must have the enthusiasm and desire to succeed and raise their professional level in the future. 4 - Candidates need to be committed and capable of assuming responsibility. 5 - With the aim to contribute to boosting employment rates among the youth, the program does not demand previous experience as a prerequisite for acceptance. 6 - Applicants must successfully pass the interview. 7 - A contract shall be signed with Americana, which will be valid throughout the program.
The duration of the diploma is 5 continuous semesters, including the summer semester, for a period of two academic years.
1- Register via the link and fill in all the required data. 2- Registrants will be notified by text message or phone call of the date and place of the interview in their respective city. 3- The interviews will be held in the recruitment offices of the Americana restaurants in Jeddah, Dammam, Riyadh, Makkah, and the Institute of Consulting Research and Studies at Umm Al-Qura. 4 - Registrants will be informed of the results, date, and location of the interviews. 5 - Registrants must successfully pass the interview. 6 - The names of the successful candidates as well as the required documents for the contract shall be announced. 7 - The contracts shall be signed between the employees and the Americana Company. 8 - The successful candidates start working. 9 - The Americana Company shall submit a report to the Institute of Consulting Research and Studies. 10 - The students start the study.

During the first month of employment, you are given the opportunity to closely study and learn about the work and study systems. If a student wants to change their current restaurant to one in another city, they can do so after coordinating with Americana and the Institute.
The number of study hours is 65 credit hours. Theoretical study (representing 33 credit hours) is in the form of university lectures given to working students one day a week at the headquarters of Umm Al-Qura University in the western region or in one of the university centers in the eastern or central regions. Recruitment and registration is available for all working students from all over the Kingdom. Practical study (32 credit hours) is represented in work and study during 21 consecutive months at the company’s restaurants.
Applying for a diploma requires no practical experience in any field.
Working students receive a salary of 4000 riyals during periods of work and study. After 12 months, high-achieving students receive an opportunity for promotion while working and studying in the program, along with an increase in salary and transfer to a supervisory position under the title: ‘Service staff member, team supervisor, assistant director of a restaurant, and director of a restaurant’.

Working for the mentioned company: Students working in the company get two days off per week to attend their lectures and three days off each semester to attend their exams. As for studying vacations from the institute, they will be the official vacations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in addition to the times at the beginning of exams each semester according to the time plan of the five semesters announced at the program window at the institute site. There is also 21 days of paid annual leave.
