The Umm Al-Qura University (UQU) Institute of Consulting Research and Studies allows benefiting from human resources represented in the expertise of UQU faculty members whose numbers swell up to more than 5,000 professors at all national public and private sectors as well as the investment sector, by providing consultancy studies contributing to transferring, localizing and producing knowledge, technologies, mechanisms and new work methods. Besides, the institute makes use of the teaching staff’s expertise in solving operational problems, and providing developmental researches based on systematical and methodological foundations in line with contractual principles guaranteeing knowledge transfer.
It's noteworthy that the Vice-Deanship for Consulting Studies is the executive body tasked with concluding contacts and managing projects, consultancy studies, think tanks and managing services of full and part time consulates. The Vice-Deanship is looking forward to activating its programs, and removing all obstacles facing the march of knowledge transfer.

A full-time consultancy provided by UQU affiliates for the beneficiaries in one of UQU fields of expertise, given that many external bodies are in need of consultation in some specialties- which they do not have- to develop their work process without affecting their internal environment.

Part Time Consultancy Services:
A part-time consultancy offered by UQU affiliates for the beneficiaries in the public and private sectors, in one of UQU fields of expertise. The consultancy takes pace through one of the part time consultants working with the beneficiary in such a manner that doesn't affect the academic commitments of the faculty member.
