Instructions for the Students Expected to Graduate

If you are a member of families of martyrs of duty )wife, son, daughter) please attach the proving document.  

Instructions:

1. A certified testimony stating that the applicant is expected to graduate must be enclosed.
2.  The transcript available in the students e-Services page must be enclosed.
3.  If the student is finally nominated for admission he/she must bring copies of the his/her graduation certificate and transcript to the Deanship of Postgraduate Studies on Thursday  Shawal 26, 1438 H, otherwise his/her nomination is deemed void.  
4.  In the event of applying to one of the departments that require passing the ability and language efficiency tests, the applicant must submit a certificate which proves passing of these tests when he submits copies of his/her graduation certificate and transcripts to the Deanship of Postgraduate Studies, otherwise his /her nomination is deemed void.

Notes:

1. The student must follow up the website of the deanship of postgraduate studies and the specialized colleges in addition to his/her page in the unified admission website to learn about dates of the written exams of all applicants.
2. To qualify for the oral exam, the applicant must get at least 70% in the written exam.
3. The student must follow up the website of the deanship of postgraduate studies and the specialized colleges in addition to his/her page in the unified admission website to learn about dates of the oral exams for those who have passed the written exams.
4. The student must undertake application process by himself and to maintain the numbers sent to him upon completing his application.
5. University is not committed to accept your application unless otherwise the applicant is notified of his acceptance officially.
6. The student must make sure that all the entered data is valid and accurate otherwise his application will be cancelled and the proper legal measures will be taken against him.
