Welcome to the Computer Engineering Department in Al-Qunfudhah, which is one of the emerging departments that fall within the College of Computing, in the province of Al-Qunfudhah. The department aims to provide and maintain the development of distinguished computer engineering programs in both teaching and research. These programs provide students with the academic knowledge and professional skills necessary for the labor market.

Our developed plans offer distinct curricula that enable our graduates to become leaders in their disciplines, as they provide the basic rules, skills and tools necessary for creativity and excellence.

The department offers a variety of knowledge, ranging between theory and practice, in several engineering fields, such as: signals and systems, digital signal processing, computer networks, network programming, communications and networks, wired and wireless networks, network security, and engineering design tools.

The department seeks to graduate engineers with the ability to design and develop computerized and technical systems, engage in scientific research and modern applications, and continue their education in postgraduate programs on a solid foundation in engineering.
