A delegation from the Organizing Committee of the 17th Conference on Hajj and Umrah Research has conducted an inspection tour to the venue where the conference will be held. Organized by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Institute for Hajj and Umrah Research, the conference will is scheduled on Shaaban 14-15, 1438H, at Tiba University, Madinah.
The delegation met with Dr. Hashem Nour, chairman of the Hajj and Umrah Committee at Tibu University, as well as a number of the members of support committee of the forum at the university. Progress of the organizational work was discussed, especially the reception, accommodation and transport of participants in the forum, as well as media coverage and the subsequent exhibition.
Led by Dr. Ahmed Qadi, Vice Dean of the Institute for Madinah Branch and Chairman of the Organizing Committee, the delegation was made up of Dr. Turki M. Habibullah, secretary of the committee, Dr. Hesham Maghrabi, director of the UQU Events Unit, and Mr. Abdulaziz D. al-Zahrani, chairman of the Media Committee, as well as members of the Organizing Committee: Mr. Abdullah Abul-ela, Eng. Nayef Bashraf, and Eng. Hassan Kaleem, in addition to a number of the members of the Support Committee at Tiba University.
