Umm Al-Qura University Organizes the Annual Celebration Virtually on the Occasion of the Blessed Eid

Umm Al-Qura University organized the annual greeting celebration virtually for its faculty members, employees, and students via the Webex platform. The celebration was attended by the University President, Prof. Moaddi bin Muhammad Aal Madh-hab, vice presidents, deans of the colleges and support deanships, and heads of the departments.

The President of the University extended greetings to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdul-Aziz Al Saud, and His Royal Highness the Crown Prince, Muhammad bin Salman bin Abdul-Aziz, (may Allah safeguard them) on Eid Al-Fitr. Moreover, he extended greetings on this blessed occasion to His Excellency the Minister of Education, Dr. Hamad bin Muhammad Aal Al-Sheikh, the Deputy Minister for Universities, Research, and Innovation, Dr. Muhammad Al-Sudairi, and all the staff members and students of the university. He supplicated Allah (Exalted and Glorified be He) to make us have many happy returns of this blessed occasion and to also preserve the Saudi Kingdom and perpetuate the blessings of security and safety upon it.

The President of the University appreciated the efforts of the academic and administrative staff during the exceptional academic semester and their success in finishing their work and recording the grades of more than 14,000 academic divisions on time. In addition, he stressed that the university would start the arrangements for the next academic year and affirmed its keenness to create an appropriate educational environment for students and their future aspirations.

The celebration on the occasion of the blessed Eid included a poem and words of greetings to the wise leadership (may Allah support it) presented by the university staff, students, and scholarship students, wishing that Allah would grant the Islamic nation many happy returns of this blessed occasion with goodness, prosperity, and blessings.
