The Academic Council Secretariat is pleased to inform the academic staff members of the approval of the UQU President of their academic promotions included in the fifteenth session of the Academic Council for the academic year 1442 A.H. The secretariat members wish newly promoted academic staff members great success in the field of scientific research, and ask Allah (Exalted and Glorified be He) to encompass them with His care to enable them to achieve their ambitions and accomplish their goals.

Names of academic staff members and their promotions:

1. Promotion of Dr. Anmar bin Muhammad Anaam Nasir, Associate Professor in the Department of Surgery at the College of Medicine, to professor.
2. Promotion of Dr. Khalid bin Hatem Asir Al-Mutiri, Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Engineering at the College of Computer and Information Systems, to associate professor.
3. Promotion of Dr. Muhammad bin Musa Hasan Aal Mujamid, Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science at the College of Computing in Al-Qunfudhah, to associate professor.
4. Promotion of Dr. Khalid bin Abdul-Rahman Amin Khedawerdi, Assistant Professor in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the College of Medicine, to associate professor.
5. Promotion of Dr. Abdul-Hadi bin Ali Ghathian Al-Dhiabi, Assistant Professor in the Department of Special Education at the College of Education, to associate professor.
