The College of Judicial Studies and Regulations at Umm Al-Qura University is pleased to receive the requests submitted by the male and female students who wish to register on the ‘Khabir [Expert]’ platform. The electronic platform ‘Khabir’ provides electronic training for male and female university students and the students of the Institute of Public Administration in the Board of Grievances and its courts. It will allow the students to provide their personal and study data and choose the appropriate city in which to train, according to their specialization and the period available for training.

Through the electronic platform ‘Khabir’, the male and female students will dispense with the traditional method of addressing the board or its courts. This will contribute to saving time and effort for the male and female students regarding the performance of university or educational requirements through practical and applied training.

It is noteworthy that the electronic platform ‘Khabir’ comes within the framework of the strategic plan of the Board of Grievances 2020 to promote partnerships, including relations with educational institutions in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This is in the light of the continuous support extended by the wise leadership to raise the level of services provided by agencies of administrative justice, so that it becomes an active partner in knowledge and scientific development along with the educational institutions.

Note: When selecting the specialization on the ‘Khabir’ Platform, the students of the Department of Judicial Studies are asked to select the specialization of ‘Shari`ah’ or ‘Regulations’, as the department’s icon has not been included among the current options.

**To obtain the application letter, please click here. Training will be approved for the seventh-level or eighth-level students; however, it will be available for students below these levels in the coming semesters (Allah willing).
