Congratulations to the Academic Staff Promoted at the Eighth Session of the Academic Council

The Academic Council secretariat is pleased to announce the good news and congratulate the academic staff members on the approval from the President of the University of their academic promotions, as included in the (eighth) session of the Academic Council for the academic year 1442 A.H. The secretariat members wish the newly promoted academic staff great success in the field of scientific research, and ask Allah (Exalted and Glorified be He) to encompass them with His help and support to enable them to achieve their ambitions and accomplish their goals.

Names of the academic staff members and their promotions:

  1. Dr. Hasan bin Muhammad Hasan Al-Qarni, Associate Professor in the Department of Arabic Language, Syntax and Morphology at the College of Arabic Language, has been promoted to the rank of professor.
  2. Dr. Abdullah bin Abdul-Rahman Hasan Al-Zahrani, Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science at the College of Computing in Al-Qunfudhah, has been promoted to the rank of associate professor.
  3. Dr. Abdul-Rahim bin Muhammad Tahir Abdul-Rahim Qari, Assistant Professor in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the College of Medicine, has been promoted to the rank of associate professor.
  4. Dr. Manal bint Adnan bin Saleh Al-Ghamdi, Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science at the College of Computer and Information Systems, has been promoted to the rank of associate professor.
  5. Dr. Khulud bint Hasan Hajras Al-Hazimi, Assistant Professor in the Department of Housing and Home Management at the College of Designs and Arts, has been promoted to the rank of associate professor.

The Secretariat of the Academic Council made appropriate recommendations for the topics included in the agenda of the aforementioned session.
