The UQU President, Dr. Bakri bin M'atooq Assas, has taken a set of administrative decisions.

The Advisor to the UQU President, and Supervisor General of his office, Mr. Essam bin Hassan Margooshi, announced that the said decisions stipulated:

1- Renewing mandate of Dr. Mohamed bin Abdullah bin Osman Idris as the Vice Dean of the Custodian of Two Holy Mosques Institute for Hajj and Umrah Research for a tenure of six months as of Jumada Al-Oula 9, 1438 H;
2- Designating Dr. Fadhil bin Mohamed bin Yahiya Osman as the Vice Dean of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Institute for Hajj and Umrah Research for Research Projects for a tenure of six months as of Rabie Al-Thani 9, 1438 H;
3- Designating Dr. Mamdouh bin Abdullah bin Matir Al-Otaibi as the Vice Dean of the College of Sharia and Islamic Studies for Educational Affairs and Development for a tenure of two years as of Jumada Al-Thani 8, 1438 H;
4- Transferring mandate of Dr. Omer Siraj bin Omer Sonbol to the Vice Dean of Activities and Students Training as of Jumada Al-Thani 10, 1438 H till the end of his tenure at the Vice Deanship of Students Support in Ramadan 14, 1438 H; 
5- Designating Dr. Abdullah bin Safr bin Abdullah Al-Zibiani as the Vice Dean of Students Affairs for Students Support for a tenure of six months as of Jumada Al-Thani 10,  1438 H;
6- Designating Dr. Khalid bin Abdulrahman bin Abdullah Asra as the Head of the Urban and Engineering Research Department at the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Institute for Hajj and Umrah Research for a tenure of two years as of as of Jumada Al-Thani 10,  1438 H;
7- Designating Dr. Turki bin Mohamed bin Abdul Karim Habibullah as the Head of the Environment and Health Researches Department  at the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Institute for Hajj and Umrah Research for a tenure of six months as of Jumada Al-Oula 8, 1438 H
8- Designating Dr. Tariq bin Mohamed Ali Al-Aqla as the Head of the Administrative and Humanitarian Research Department at the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Institute for Hajj and Umrah Research for a tenure of six months as of Jumada Al-Oula 20, 1438 H;
9- Renewing mandate of Prof. Ashraf bin Abdul-Azeem Eweis Abdul-Majeed as the Supervisor of the Public Health Department at Al-Qunfudhah Health Sciences College for a tenure of six months, as of Jumada Al-Oula 29, 1438H;
10- Renewing mandate of Dr. Alawia bint Wan bin Ibrahim Al-Siami as the Supervisor of the English Language Department at the College of Social Sciences at the university HQs in Rea Zhakhir- females section- for a tenure of one year as of Jumada Al-Thani 3, 1438 H.  

The UQU President, Dr. Assas, wished them good luck in their new positions, and called upon them to make every effort to drive the university to the sought-after target.
