Consulting Research Institute signs agreements with Computers and Pharmacy Colleges

The Dean of the Consulting Research and Studies Institute, Umm Al-Qura University, Dr. Ali bin Mohammed Al-Sha’iry, and the Dean of the College of Pharmacy, Dr. Ahmed Babelghaith, have signed a cooperation agreement in professional training. By this agreement, the College of Pharmacy joins the Training and Continuous Medical Education Unit launched by the Institute several months ago.

Dr. Ali bin Mohammed Al-Sha’iry also signed a similar cooperation agreement with the Dean of the College of Computers and Information Systems, Umm Al-Qura University, Dr. Fahd bin Mohammed Saad Al-Dawsary. The agreement aims at enhancing professional training and contributing to achieving the Saudi 2030 Vision.

Following signing the two agreements, Dr. Al-Sha’iry expressed his deep gratitude to Dr. Bakri bin Matouq Asas, Rector of the University, for his support and ongoing follow up of the Institute. The Institute always aims at providing high quality training services, qualifying national professionals and enhancing youth skills in different fields, he added.

Dr. Al-Sha’iry confirmed that the two agreements signed between the Institute and the College of Pharmacy and the College of Computers and Information Systems consolidate the Institute’s attempts to build successful and fruitful partnerships with competent entities inside and outside the University. This comes as part of the Institute attempts to contribute to achieving the Saudi 2030 Vision, he added, noting that the agreements will enforce the societal role of the Institute.

The signing of the two agreements was witnessed by the Consulting Research and Studies Institute Vice Dean for Professional Accreditation, Dr. Sahl bin Abdullah Waheeb, Vice Dean for Development and Business, Dr. Ra’ed bin Abdulrahman Shaloula, and a number of officials.

The Deans of the College of Pharmacy and College of Computers, Dr Ahmed Babelghaith and Dr Fahd El-Dawsary, respectively, expressed their deep appreciation for the University Rector, Dr. Bakri bin Matouq Asas, for his constant support for the two colleges. They also confirmed that the two agreements signed with the Institute will contribute to enhancing the role played by Umm Al-Qura University in serving the society.
