The UQU Vice President for Female Student Affairs Honors the Academic Staff Members Who Received Academic Promotion in 1441 A.H.

The UQU Vice President for Female Student Affairs, Dr. Sarah Al-Khuli, today honored the female academic staff members who received promotions from the Academic Council for the academic year 1441 A.H. The academic staff members were honored in a ceremony organized by the Vice Deanship in Al-Jawhara Hall.

Dr. Sarah Al-Khuli congratulated the promoted academic female members for their efforts in serving the university's educational programs and objectives, according to their specializations and the tasks assigned to them, and their contribution to the dissemination of academic research and the improvement of its outputs. Afterwards, she expressed her appreciation for the keenness shown by His Excellency the UQU President, Prof. Abdullah Bafail, and the care exerted by the Vice President for Postgraduate Studies and Scientific Research, Dr. Abdul-Wahhab Al-Resini, to honor the promoted female academic members and to provide them with the necessary support to continue to achieve scientific and cognitive innovation in order to fulfill the designed goals in line with the strategic plans.

The Adviser to the Vice President for Postgraduate Studies and Scientific Research, Dr. Hanadi Bihairi, reviewed the statistical report of the Academic Council for the academic year 1441 A.H.; the report recorded 36 academic sessions and 1129 topics. She noted that 47 female academic staff members received academic promotions to the rank of associate professor, 14 of them received promotions to the rank of professor. Finally, she emphasized the keenness of the Academic Council to provide practical, educational, and research care and to support the university with distinguished scientific cadres in accordance with the established bylaws and regulations.
