College of Pharmacy, represented by the Staff Development Committee, has organized a workshop themed “Intention is the key for change”. The workshop was presented by the Deputy-Dean of the Institute of Consulating Research and Studies of the Umm Al-Qura University, His Excellency Dr Raed Shalwala, on Thursday February 16, 2017.

Dr Shalwala has made an introduction about spirit purification, positive partnership in reform and how Muslim is required to actively participate in change. He also expounded many examples of self-struggle for introducing a real change, self-development, and spiritual and moral advancement, which are the basis for renaissance and reform.

At the end of the workshop, Dr Shalwala received a souvenir from the supervisor of the Vice-Deanship for Academic Development and Community Service, His Excellency Dr Mohamed Ibrahim Abdel-Hadi.
