Under the auspices of His Excellency the Dean of Al-Leith University College, Dr. Muhammad bin Abdullah Al-Maliki, the Department of English Language at Al-Leith announces that a lecture entitled, "Language and Linguistics Abroad: Guidelines for Studying Language and Linguistics in American and British Universities", will be held for the teaching assistants and lecturers of the college as well as the graduate students. This lecture will take place on Wednesday, 2 Rajab, 1441 A.H., starting from 11:30 a.m., in hall 2 of building no. 2.
The lecture aims at clarifying the following topics:
- Introducing graduate students to the admission requirements and criteria for British and American universities.
- Presenting the major and strongest universities that offer postgraduate programs with specializations in theoretical, applied, and cognitive linguistics.
