On Wednesday, 10 Jumada Al-Thani, 1441 A.H., the Department of Chemistry organized a training course entitled, "Basics of Using High Performance Liquid Chromatography Device". The course was presented by Dr. Ali Saiqal, Assistant Professor of Analytical Chemistry.
The course covered several themes about the device with regard to its components; methods of operation; how to use it for chemical separation, qualitative analysis, and quantitative analysis; and the cautions that should be regarded while using this technique.
The course witnessed a distinguished attendance of all the students carrying out graduation projects in the department. This course comes within a series of courses offered by the department to raise the level and skills of technical cadre in various fields.
