The UQU President, Dr. Bakri bin Maatooq Assas, issued a decree renewing the appointment of Dr. Ahmed Hatem bin Hassan as Vice-President for the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Institute for Hajj and Umrah Studies, in Al-Madinah Al-Munawwarah branch, for a period of 2 years, starting from Jumada al-thani 3, 1437H. Dr. Assas also issued a decree commissioning Dr. Essam bin Ali Hassan Khan as Vice-President for Academic Affairs, for a period of 6 months, starting from Jumada al-thani 3, 1437H.

On his part, the UQU President praised the performance of the commissioned and the efforts they exert in serving in the University. And he urged them to exert further efforts to help achieving the mission and the noble objectives of the Institute.

On their parts, the commissioned expressed their gratitude to the University President for the trust he put in them, and asked Allah to help them carry out their duties properly.
