The UQU Vice Presidency, represented by the Documents and Administrative Communication Center, started to hold introductory meetings on the advanced electronic systems used in administrative transactions across the sectors of the system, and the mechanism of applying digital transformation using letters and electronic signatures in transactions. This was through a series of training programs and workshops organized by the Documents and Administrative Communication Center, in collaboration with the Tafeel Company, for the university staff during the period from 22 Rabi` Al-Awwal, 1441 A.H. to 8 Rabi`Al-Thani, 1441 A.H. The focus is to support professional and behavioral development in order to achieve the highest institutional quality standards.

In the workshop, which was held on Monday in the e-learning hall at the College of Computers and Information Systems, the most important updates on the main interface of the e-transactions system at the university were introduced. The session explained ways of securing documents and information within the system to ensure that they are not leaked, and to ensure speedy tracking of transactions.

The Director of the Documents and Administrative Communication Center, Mr. Ahmad bin Fathi Sabban, clarified that these workshops aim at developing the Masar system and evaluating its readiness to integrate with all electronic transaction systems, including the Yesser system, which aims to link all governmental bodies throughout Saudi Arabia. The workshops also aim to inform the attendees of the centrality of the system, and its importance in managing work processes and achieving the university's development strategies and objectives. Finally, Mr. Ahmad praised the support and directives given by the UQU President, Prof. Abdullah Bafail, and the UQU Vice President, Farid bin Ali Al-Ghamdi, to improve the administrative communication system at the university.
