On Thursday, Rabi’ al-awwal 23, 1438H, Dr. Bakri bin Maatouq Assas, the UQU President, announced the end of the closing work for the budget of the academic year 1437/1438H, under his direct supervision and the continued follow-up of Dr. Yasser bin Suleiman Shushu, UQU Vice-President, as well as the efforts of the departments of planning, budgeting, finance, HR, procurement and tenders, and the office of the financial auditor.

On his part, Dr. Shushu said, “thank the administrative calibers at the concerned departments, the closing work took only 24 hours with disbursement percentage over 95% of the university’s total budget that reached around 2 billion and 700 million SAR- all praise be to Allah.”

Moreover, Dr. Shushu extended his thanks to Dr. Assas for his continued support to all departments of UQU, and the employees at the departments in concern for the efforts they exerted. At last, he asked Allah to help everyone to be capable of serving this great scientific edifice.
