The Deanship for Student Affairs, represented by the Community Partnership Unit under the Deanship of Counseling, Guidance and Community Partnership at Umm Al-Qura University in Makkah, hosted a delegation from Al-Majmaah University on Wednesday comprising female faculty members, employees, and students.
The deanship prepared an integrated program for the guest delegation which included visiting the headquarters of the Kiswa Factory of the Holy Ka`bah in Makkah in order to inform them of the great efforts being made in this regard. In addition, they attended an awareness program on Multiple Sclerosis, which was held today in Al-Jawhara Hall at the University campus in Al-Zahir.
The delegation also visited the Deanship for Student Affairs, and attended the Basmat Farah Program, which was set up by the Volunteering Club, in cooperation with the Awareness Club, in the hall of the Deanship for Student Affairs. Moreover, the delegation attended the Criminal Responsibility for Information Crimes Program in Al-Jaffali Hall 3. Then, a meeting was held by the Vice Deanship for Counseling, Guidance, and Community Partnership, entitled, "Nafi`", in the meeting room of the Deanship for Student Affairs.
During this visit, the Vice Dean of Student Affairs for Counseling, Guidance and Community Partnership at Umm Al-Qura University, Dr. Amal Khairu, talked about joint coordination with Al-Majmaah University, with the aim of achieving constructive mutual cooperation. The proposed cooperation will be based on the exchange of experiences between the two sides in order to achieve the objectives of the community partnership that the university seeks to achieve for the benefit of the deanship and its vice deanships.
