In the framework of the World Breast Cancer Awareness Day, under the slogan, "Do not wait until having symptoms ... Have a checkup now" at Al-Leith General Hospital, and under the supervision of His Excellency Dr. Radia Abdul-Basit, the female students of the College of Health Sciences in Al Leith participated in the activities of the International Breast Cancer Awareness Day. The activities took place on Wednesday, 9 Safar 1441 A.H., corresponding to 9 October 2019 A.C., under the slogan, "Do not wait until having symptoms ... Have a checkup now".

The event was held at Al-Leith General Hospital, and targeted the women visiting Al-Leith General Hospital. The goals of the event included increasing awareness and health education about breast cancer, providing preventive measures to prevent breast cancer, and equipping the female students of the College of Health Sciences with scientific and practical knowledge and skills that enhance their abilities.
