The Continuing Medical Training and Education Unit of the Consulting Studies and Research Institute at Umm Al-Qura University has participated in the Saudi Health Simulation Conference 2016 convened at Al-Faisalia Hotel in Riyadh under the sponsorship of the Minister of Health.
Meanwhile, the participation of the unit in the conference came in line with its training approach to establish firm relations with all health sectors and experts who serve the Kingdom vision 2030 and to introduce its assigned role to serve training and health sectors in the health area. It's to be noted that the conference aimed at building national competencies in the field of health simulation and linking them to the certified parties at the local and international levels in this domain.
The Dean of the Consulting Studies and Research Institute, Dr. Ali Al-Shaari praised the participation of the Continuing Medical Training and Education Unit in the conference on behalf of Umm Al-Qura University. He pointed out that such participation came out of the Unit's role to communicate with all health sectors and introduce its assigned role, explaining that the conference has gathered experts and specialists in various fields from in and outside the Kingdom.
He further lauded the support and attention paid by the UQU President, Dr. Bakri bin M'atooq Assas and the UQU Vice President for Business and Innovation Dr. Nabeel Abdulkadir Koshak and their permanent interest and regular follow-up of all activities and programs organized by Institute.
