His Excellency the President of Umm Al-Qura University and the Head of Administrative Promotions Committee, Prof. Abdullah bin Omar Bahusain Bafail, approved the promotion of 433 employees from the tenth and lower grades. This was during the meeting he held today with the Dean of Faculty Members and Employees Affairs and the Deputy Head of the Administrative Promotions Committee, Dr. Farid Al-Ghamdi, and the members of the committee, at his office in Al-Abdiyyah Campus.

His Excellency the President of the University congratulated those who are included in the promotion decree, and wished them prosperity, success and much progress in their career in serving this great scientific entity and its affiliates at Umm Al-Qura. His Excellency Dr. Farid Al-Ghamdi expressed his thanks and appreciation to His Excellency the President of the University for approving these administrative promotions, and hoped that those who are not included in this decree will be included in other decrees, Allah Willing.

He asserted that the Deanship of Faculty Members and Employees Affairs, represented by the Promotion Department which is headed by Mr. Marwan bin Dakhilullah Al-Sulami, and the department teamwork spared no pains in carrying out the tasks consigned to them by the University Administration and the Deanship of Faculty Members. This step seeks to achieve employment stability, and raise the contentment indicators of the university affiliates. He invites the employees to visit the university e-portal to view the new promotions.
