In the frame of the annual ceremony that the university holds under the emblem, "A Symbol of Giving", and under the noble patronage of His Excellency the President of the University, Prof. Abdullah bin Omar Bafail, the Vice President of Female Student Affairs, Dr. Sarah bint Omar Al-Khuli, honored the retired female affiliates from the academic staff and administrative employees due to the great efforts they exerted during their career in serving Umm Al-Qura University. The ceremony was held on Tuesday, 18 Sha`ban, 1440 A.H., at Al-Jawhara Hall in Al-Zahir. The ceremony, which was held in the presence of the female university affiliates, was organized by the Vice Deanship of Faculty Members and Employees Affairs at the female section in Al-Zahir, in collaboration with the Department of Public Relations and Media.
