Her Excellency the Vice President for Female Student Affairs, Dr. Sarah bin Omar Al-Khuli, launched the forum, "Optimal Balance for a Better Community", in conjunction with International Women's Day, on Thursday, 13 Sha`ban, 1440 A.H., in Al-Jawhara Hall (female section).
The forum was organized by the UQU Vice Presidency for Female Student Affairs, in collaboration with the Family Affairs, Public Relations and Media Management Committee.
Upon the arrival of Her Excellency the UQU Vice President for Female Student Affairs, the ribbon was cut to mark the official opening of the forum. This took place in the presence of the Advisor of the Vice President for Female Student Affairs, Dr. Haifa' bint Uthman Fida, and the Vice Dean of the Deanship of University Studies for Girls, Dr. Samirah bint Ahmad Al-Faifi. After that, the forum was launched with a welcome speech, followed by recitation of verses of the Noble Qur'an.
Proceeding from the women's role in the community, the forum sessions were presented focusing on: “Talented students and the optimal balance, Working women: between family and professional roles, and Entrepreneurship and the balanced role to achieve sustainable development” Moreover, other themes that focused on the importance of women and her role in the community have been tackled.
