Her Excellency the Vice-President for Female Student Affairs, Dr. Sarah bint Omar Al-Khuli, attended a meeting with female leaders entitled 'Women and Shaping the Leading Future', which was organized by the Center for the Development of Administrative Leaders at the Institute of Public Administration in Riyadh. The meeting took place on Wednesday, 12 Sha`ban, 1440 A.H.

A number of female administrative leaders at different government bodies attended the meeting, which was presented by the international expert, Linda Sharkey.

The meeting covered an introduction on the responsibility of professional life, and women's role as future leaders and the internal forces affecting it. Moreover, the meeting tackled the traditions and behaviors that hinder women's progress in leading positions, and how to treat them.
