On Tuesday morning, 19 Rajab 1440 A.H., the College of Applied Sciences, under the auspices of the Vice Dean of the College of Applied Sciences, Dr. Rajaa bint Tahir Ma`touq, held an honoring ceremony for Her Excellency, Dr. Badriyah bint Ali Al-Jahdali, in Al-Jafali Hall 2 for the completion of her appointment as Vice Dean of the College of Applied Sciences for Academic and Development Affairs.

In the presence of a large number of the female vice deans of departments, academic staff, and students, the honoring ceremony began with a recitation of verses from the Noble Qur'an. Then Her Excellency the Vice Dean of the College of Applied Sciences, Dr. Rajaa Ma`touq, delivered a speech in which she praised the characteristics that distinguished Dr. Badriyah Al-Jahdali and the achievements she has attained, thanked her for all her endeavors, and thanked the attendees for accepting the invitation. After that, speeches were given sequentially by the female vice deans of departments and the academic staff, who expressed their thanks and gratitude for the efforts exerted by Badriyah Al-Jahdali during her time in office, wishing her success and progress in the future.

The ceremony concluded by honoring Dr. Badriyah Al-Jahdali with a gift and a shield presented by the college.

The ceremony was covered by the college's media committee under the supervision of Ms. Rajaa Abdul-Wahhab Noqali, and a number of female students, including Rahaf Al-Uqaili, Nour Bahadad, Fairouz Yar,and Areej Al-Sayyid.
