Today, at his office, His Excellency Prof. Abdullah bin Omar Bafail, President of Umm Al-Qura University, received the prize for the first place in the fourth Book Fair held at Al-Baha University. The book fair was held during the period from 19 to 28 of the previous month. The first place was won by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Institute for Hajj and Umrah Research, in the category of public universities.

Upon receiving the prize, His Excellency congratulated the Dean of the Institute, Dr. Sami Brahmin, and the delegation who participated in the fair for their outstanding achievement in presenting the programs of the institute and its studies related to the service of the pilgrims, the Two Holy Mosques, and the system of Hajj and Umrah.

Moreover, the Dean of the Institute expressed his appreciation for the support given by His Excellency the President of Umm Al-Qura University to the institute's program and studies. He also praised the President's contribution to the advancement of all matters related to the development of the services of the Hajj and Umrah system, in line with the Vision of 2030.

It is worth mentioning that 70 governmental and civil bodies and publishing houses participated in the 4th Book Fair. They demonstrated various models of their most important activities and plans in the service of their targeted category. Umm Al-Qura University, through the Hajj and Umrah Research Institute, presented specialized studies and research regarding the pilgrims' service programs, starting from the moment the pilgrims arrive and continuing until their departure.
