His Excellency the President of Umm Al-Qura University, Prof. Abdullah bin Omar Bahusain Bafail, issued two administrative decisions, which include the following:
- Renewing the appointment of Prof. Abdullah bin Hassin bin Ma`bad Al-Jabri as Vice Dean of the College of Islamic Economics and Finance for Postgraduate Studies and Scientific Research for a tenure of two years, as from 18 Jumada Al-Awwal, 1440 A.H., in addition to his current work as Head of the Islamic Economics Department at the College.
- Appointing Dr. Nouf bint Sa`id bin Ahmad Al Abbas as Deputy Head of the Department of Mathematics at Al-Leith University College for a tenure of six months, as from 3 Rajab, 1440 A.H., in addition to her current work as Head of the Family Education Department and Supervisor of the Admissions and Registration Unit at Al-Leith University College (female section).
His Excellency asks Allah (Glorified and Exalted be He) to help them and grant them success in performing their duty towards knowledge and its seekers, and in raising the standard of the university to enable it to reach its desired goals.
