Consulting Research and Studies Institute- female section- organized Crises Management Course on Muharram 15, 1438 H.  The course was presented by the Member of the Teaching Staff at the Department of Media at Umm Al-Qura University D. Azza Jalal. 
 

The trainer introduced the concept of crises and how to manage them in the different institutions, besides introducing strategies of responding to crises, phases of their occurrence, how to prepare a program to overcome crises and manage them effectively in the different institutions.      
 

The trainees received certificates of attendance approved by the Vice-Deanship for Support of Professional Accreditation at the Consulting Research and Studies Institute.
