The Director of the UQU Customer Service Center Holds a Meeting at the Ministry of Education in Riyadh

The Director of the Customer Service Center, Mr. Talal bin Ali bin Sultan Al-Abdali, held a meeting with the Supervisor General of the Customer Service Center in the Ministry of Education, Mr. Abdulaziz bin Mansour Al-Usaimi, at the headquarters of the Ministry of Education in Riyadh on Wednesday, 15 Jumada Al-Thani, 1440 A.H. The meeting was held in the presence of the Deputy Supervisor General of the Customer Service Center in the Ministry of Education, Mr. Sa`d Al-Bilal, the Director of the Business and Training Unit, Mr. Abdulaziz Al-Faleh, and the Director of the Agencies Affairs Unit, Mr. Abdullah Al-Hussein.

This meeting was held within the framework of the development plan of the Customer Service Center aimed at developing the e-systems supported by the National Transformation initiative, to ensure service and quality of the center's outputs in line with the Saudi Vision 2030.

The two parties discussed several issues, including: the means of supporting the agencies coordinators to serve the desired goals, the contribution to creating successful partnerships between the Customer Service Center and the Ministry of Education as well as aspects of constructive cooperation between them, and the identification of points of strengths and weaknesses.

It is worth mentioning that the Director of the Customer Service Center, Mr. Talal bin Ali Sultan Al-Abdali, stated that they intend to organize a major meeting for the coordinators of the Tawasul service at Umm Al-Qura University in collaboration with the Ministry of Education. He also said that the Supervisor General of the Customer Service Center in the Ministry of Education, Mr. Abdulaziz bin Mansour Al-Usaimi, will hold a training program for 50 coordinators of the Tawasul e-service at the headquarters of the Ministry of Education in Riyadh.

Finally, Mr. Talal Al-Abdali expressed his appreciation for all the efforts exerted by the staff of the Ministry of Education which will contribute to developing the future plans of the Customer Service Center.
