The Director of the Call Center, Mr. Talal bin Ali bin Sultan Al-Abdali, met with the General Supervisor of the Facilities and Services Department, Eng. Abdullah bin Muhammad Al-Jifri, at his office at the University Campus in Al-Aziziyyah at 12 p.m. on Thursday 11 Jumada Al-Awwal 1440 A.H. They discussed aspects of constructive cooperation between the Facilities and Services Department and the Call Center. The meeting was attended by the Assistant Supervisor, Mr. Nayif bin Faisal Sindi; Mr. Abdul-Latif Al-Salmi; and Administrative Director of the Facilities and Services Department, Mr. Abdul-Rahim bin Ahmad Al-Maliki.

To integrate the fruitful efforts and improve the level of services, the two parties discussed the mechanism of cooperation to establish a Notification Center in the Facilities and Services Department. The Call Center director expressed his thanks and appreciation to his Excellency the General Supervisor of the Facilities and Services Department, Mr. Abdullah Al-Jifri, for offering this opportunity to display the aspirations and discuss the strategies that contribute to achieving the best results to fulfill the goals of Umm Al-Qura University.

The two parties praised the support and care of his Excellency the President of Umm Al-Qura University, Prof. Abdullah bin Omar Bafail, and his Excellency the Vice President, Dr. Yasir bin Sulaiman Shosho, and hoped that the mutual cooperation between the Call Center and the Facilities and Services Department may achieve the desired goals.
