President of Umm Al Qura University Dr. Bakri Bin M'atoog Bin Bakri Assas has taken an administrative decision.

According to Dr. Assas' Advisor Mr. Essam bin Hassan Margoushi and in light of the UQU's Organizational Structure that covers all sections and to guarantee harmony between them, the president has taken the following the decision:

One: The Housing Department and the Lands and Properties Department shall be merged into new section named "The Department of Housing and Property"

Second: The following employees are assigned to carry out the ascribed duties:

1. Eng. Hani bin Saraj nin Mohamed Wazan (4220011) employed as a supervisor architect at rank 10 shall take responsibility as head of the Department of Housing and Property.
2. Mr. Khaled bin Abdurrahman bin Abdulaziz Al Jam'i (4120277) employed as photographer at rank 8 shall take responsibility as deputy head of the Department of Housing and Property.
3. Mr. Abdurrahman bin Hamad bin Abdurrahman Al-Furaih (4230088) employed as bilingual photocopier at rank 7 shall take responsibility as assistant director of the Department of Housing and Property.
4. Mr. Khaled bin Sanad bin Mohamed Al Sae'dy (4230097) employed as an administrative assistant at rank 7 shall take responsibility at the Department of Housing and Property.
5. Mr. Samer bin Suleiman bin Nasar Al Khatabi (4240006) employed as an administrative assistant at rank  6 shall work at the Department of Housing and Property
6. Mr. Sami bin Suleiman bin Nasar Al Khatabi (4280164) employed as an administrative assistant at rank 6 shall take responsibility at the Department of Housing and Property.
7. Mr. Mohamed bin Ali bin Aidan Al Zahrani (4320306) employed as a housing observer at rank 5 shall take responsibility at the Department of Housing and Property.
8. Mr. Mohamed bin Osama bin Mohamed Al Khaled (4360928) employed as a clerk at rank 4 shall take responsibility at the Department of Housing and Property.
9. Mr. Ghassan bin Mahmoud bin Mohamed Jenni (4250012) employed as a special secretary at rank 4 shall take responsibility at the Department of Housing and Property.
10. Mr. Naser bin Dakhil bin Abed Al Sae'dy (4250141) employed as data entry clerk at rank 3 shall take responsibility at the Department of Housing and Property.
