Wadi Makkah Startups specialized in the field of healthcare participated in the 4th International E-Health Conference, organized by the Ministry of Health (MOH) in collaboration with the Healthcare Information Management Systems Society (HIMSS)-2016. The conference was held with the participation of a host of specialists in the field of health information technology including researchers, investors, and clients, from inside the Kingdom and abroad. The participation of Wadi Makkah was made through Soft Care company for health care founded by Dr. Abdullah Murad. The company is specialized in providing innovative solutions for various medical aspects such as physical therapy clinics, monitoring quality of sterilization  at hospitals, Autism Centers Services, medical emergencies and etc.. 
 

The exhibition also witnessed participation of Bio Kubes for medical laboratories that provides an integrated and automated platform to screen microbes removed from various such as food, soil, and blood samples. Many other companies from Wadi Makkah relevant to the field of health care technologies participated in the event.
 

This participation comes out of the keenness of those in charge of Wadi Makkah led by the President of Umm Al-Qura University, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Wadi Makkah Technology Company Dr. Bakri Assas, and the UQU Vice President for Business and Innovation, the Deputy Chairman of  the Board of Directors of the Company Dr. Nabil Abdul-Qadir Koshak, to participate in such pioneering forums and exhibitions reckoned attractive environment for customers and investors and a significant platform to introduce startups at the regional and international levels.
