His Excellency the President of Umm Al-Qura University, Prof. Abdullah bin Omar Bafail, stressed that noble royal decrees actualize the far-sighted vision of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, may Allah protect him, and his wise government; this vision aims at continuous development and modernization in different sectors of the state, especially the development of work inside the governmental sectors.

Moreover, His Excellency added that the development of the governmental sectors began with restructuring the Minister's Council, which is headed by His Majesty the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, and the appointment of a number of the Emirs of different provinces and their deputies, ministers and presidents of various sectors and institutions.

His Excellency the President of Umm Al-Qura University pointed out that the restructuring of the political, security and economic councils under the leadership of His Royal Highness the Crown Prince, Muhammad bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, may Allah support him, and the creation of a number of governmental bodies, such as the Saudi Space Authority and Saudi Exhibition and Convention Bureau, are in line with the requirements of the current and coming stage in the development of the country. They also contribute in achieving the articles of the Saudi Vision 2030 to bring about prosperity and sustainable development.

His Excellency Prof. Bafail added that the sublime royal decrees will, Allah willing, bring about great progress in the national work system in a way that endorses the supreme interests of the state towards development, modernization and integration. This will contribute in achieving prosperity for the citizen, and encourage him to actively participate in serving his country and community.

Finally, His Excellency congratulated Their Royal Highnesses, the princes and Their Excellencies the Ministers, for their appointment and their gaining the noble royal trust. He supplicated Allah to support and help them to serve their religion, country and community, and maintain the security, safety and prosperity of this country under the leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and his Crown Prince, may Allah grant them success.
