Dr. Sarah bint Omar Al-Khuly, UQU Vice-President for Female Student Affairs, attended the lecture delivered by His Excellency Prof. Sheikh Saleh bin Abdullah bin Humaid, a member of the Council of Senior Scholars and Chancellor at the Royal Court. The lecture was entitled 'Reviews on Scientific Research Methodologies and Techniques'. This lecture was held under the auspices of His Excellency Prof. Abdullah bin Omar Bafail, President of Umm Al-Qura University, and was organized by the UQU Deanship of Scientific Research in the presence of several vice-deans of deanships and the academic staff. The lecture was held on Wednesday, 13 Rabi` Al-Awwal, 1440 A.H. in King Abdul Aziz Historical Hall at the University City in Al-Abdiyyah.
The lecture focused on many themes, including the most important recent scientific research methodologies, critical views on current scientific research methodologies, and the manner of applying scientific research methodologies in serving Islamic research. The lecture also introduced the means and mechanisms of employing scientific research methodologies to serve Islamic research.
