In line with the Investment Forum in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and based on Vision 2030 in support of entrepreneurship, on Sunday 19/2/1440 A.H. at 10 a.m. the “Ideas, Entrepreneurship, and Innovation Campaign” was launched. It was organized by students at Jamoum University College (Female Section) under the supervision of Dr. Hanadi Qamrah, the Vice Dean of the College and Ms. Asia Farhaty, the supervisor of student activity. It was attended by Dr. Ruaa Makki, the Deputy Head of the Accounting Department; Ms. Kholoud Al-Sa'edy, Program Manager at Wadi Makkah Technology Company; Ms. Rania Al-Labban of Umm Al-Qura Charity Association, and some female members of the teaching staff.
The campaign aims to spread the culture of innovation and entrepreneurship among female students. An introductory meeting was held on the first day at Wadi Makkah Technology Company by Ms. Kholoud Al-Sa'edy, Program Manager at the Female Section.
In addition, a workshop entitled "Steps to a Successful Project" was presented by Ms. Rania Al-Labban for the female students. The event was accompanied by an activity for accounting students entitled "The Role of Saudi Women in Entrepreneurship under Vision 2030."
